Hello teachers and students! We have some great news about FlipSnack Edu: we’ve just released a new and improved version, that expands the product use greatly.
Now you can create flipbook projects page by page right within the app: add pages, add texts and images, illustrations, videos and more. It makes the flipbook creation a lot easier. Of course, the old option of uploading PDF and JPG files is still available. You can also mix these options: upload files, then add pages and other items to them.
Access the page creator, by going to “start from scratch” (when creating new project) or “Edit content” (to add pages to existing project/ PDF).
To add content to pages, drag and drop items from above. You can resize them, change fonts, colors and more. To create a page, click the “+” button on the right. To remove it, select it and click “-”.
There’s also a new rubric grading system. Rubrics are a great scoring guide for assessing student performances and they improve teaching, contributing to sound, transparent assessment. We strongly recommend using them and creating your own. To create a grading rubric, go to Manage class –> Evaluation –> Create rubric.
These were the most important changes, but you’ll see more if you visit flipsnackedu.com
